National PTA believes that the arts, music, literature, dance, drama, and visual arts are central to learning. The National PTA supports programs that promote public awareness of the arts and integration of the arts in school curriculum.
This cultural arts guide assists the PTA president on how to:
- Organize a cultural arts program
- Create public publicity for the program
- Work with an artist/performer for a performance at your school
- NC State Tax Withholding Law for cultural performances
