Cancellation and Substitution Policy

 

Notification of cancellation must be in writing via mail, fax, or email.

Cancellations must be postmarked or received by fax by the date indicated on the registration form that applies to the event.   No refunds will be made after the cancellation deadline date that appears on the registration form.

 

Attendee substitutions are allowed, but notification must be made in writing. Registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not notify NC PTA headquarters are responsible for full payment.
